Editor, rune, and shortcuts

Editor

The editor is where you write an entry. It supports normal text and Markdown, including emphasis, links, inline code, and code blocks.

Rune

A rune is a small interactive item embedded in entry text. It represents a reference such as an entry, project, file, image, or other linked resource.

Unlike pasted plain text, a rune keeps the resource identity. Select or click it to open the referenced item.

Shortcut

A shortcut begins with @ in the editor. It opens a picker that inserts a reference as a rune.

For example, @entry finds an entry to reference. Available shortcuts depend on the current editor and enabled features.
