Task shellware records a simple task list in the current AI conversation. It helps an AI keep multi-step work visible without pretending that work is complete.

todo creates a task, optionally under another task.

todos lists tasks or suggests the next unfinished one.

done marks a named task complete and can save a short explanation.

Task shellware needs no external environment. Its list belongs to the conversation where it was created.
